What is Altera ERP?
Altera ERP is an all-in-one business system for small businesses: manage products and stock, produce finished goods, record sales, dispatch orders, invoice customers and track payments — all in one private workspace for your business.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Every new business starts with 7 days of Pro access — no card required. When the trial ends, your business moves to the Free plan automatically. Nothing is deleted and you can upgrade whenever you like.
What is included in the Free plan?
The Free plan covers one team member, up to 25 products, 10 invoices per month and one warehouse. Production and CSV finance exports are not included, and PDF invoices carry a small Altera ERP footer.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are charged the prorated difference for the rest of the billing period. When you switch to a lower plan, the unused value is credited toward your next renewal.
How do I cancel, and what happens to my data?
Cancel any time from the Plans & billing page. You keep full access until the end of the current billing period, then your business moves to the Free plan. Your data stays in place — we never delete your business data when a plan changes.
How do I get started?
Create an account with your email or Google, name your business, and optionally load sample data to explore. You can invite teammates from the Team page — they join your business by email invitation and never see other businesses' data.
Can I export my records?
Yes. Paid plans can export invoices and payments as CSV with date and status filters, ready for Excel or Google Sheets, so you can reconcile your finances.
Is my business data private?
Yes. Every business on Altera ERP gets its own private workspace. Your products, orders, invoices and team are visible only to your business. See our Privacy Notice for details.
